How does a young boy from Morgan Hill, California, go from being the starter for the Everett Silvertips of the WHL, to being drafted in the seventh round of the 2019 NHL draft by the Calgary Flames, to this year being selected the 2021/2022 AHL goalie of the year with the Stockton Heat?
Dustin Wolf just happens to be that young man. At just 21 years of age, he was not just named AHL Goalie of The Year, but also to the All-Rookie team and 1st Team Allstar. This, from a player many were saying was too small to play professional hockey.
